摘  要:通过化学计量学方法,探讨苯乙醇苷类成分在紫珠属药材鉴别上的应用。对20批紫珠属药材进行指纹图谱分析,建立紫珠属不同药材的指纹图谱。相似度分析、聚类分析及主成分分析结果显示,紫珠属不同药材的苯乙醇苷类成分差异较大,连翘酯苷B、金石蚕苷、毛蕊花糖苷、samioside和异类叶升麻苷可作为区分不同药材的"指纹"化学成分。建立的方法简便、操作性强,可用于紫珠属药材的鉴别和质量控制。The application of phenylethanol glycosides in the identification of Callicarpa Herbs was explored through the method of chemometrics.Fingerprint analysis of twenty batches of Callicarpa Herbs was carried out,and the fingerprints of different Callicarpa samples were established.The results of similarity,hierarchical clustering and principal component analysis showed that the phenylethanol glycosides varied in different Callicarpa samples.It was concluded that forsythoside B,poliumoside,verproside,samioside and isoacteoside could be used as the marker ingredients to distinguish different Callicarpa herbs.The established method is simple and highly operable,which can be used for the identification and quality control of Callicarpa medicinal materials.
