摘  要:本文研究了超细复合掺合料对混凝土力学性能、耐久性能及干缩性能的影响,借助X射线衍射仪及综合热分析仪研究了超细复合掺合料影响混凝土性能的机理。结果表明:超细复合掺合料能提升混凝土力学性能,且养护龄期越长,力学性能提升越明显;超细复合掺合料能提升混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,掺超细复合掺合料的混凝土耐蚀系数更高,可经受的硫酸盐侵蚀循环龄期更长;超细复合掺合料对混凝土前期抗碳化性能影响较小,对中后期抗碳化性能有一定程度提升;掺超细复合掺合料后混凝土干缩率变小,180 d干缩率较掺普通掺合料的混凝土降低了6.4%;微观分析结果表明,超细复合掺合料并未改变体系中水化产物的矿物组成,但其水化生成了更多的钙矾石、水化硅酸钙及水化铝酸钙。In this paper,the effects of superfine composite admixture on the mechanical properties,durability and dry-shrinkage properties of concrete were studied,and the mechanism of the effect of superfine composite admixture on the properties of concrete was studied by means of X-ray diffractometer and comprehensive thermal analyzer.The results show that the superfine composite admixture can improve the mechanical properties of concrete,and the longer the curing period,the more obvious the mechanical properties.The superfine composite admixture can improve the sulfate resistance of concrete,and the concrete with the superfine composite admixture has a higher corrosion resistance coefficient and can withstand longer cycle age of sulfate attack.The superfine composite admixture has little effect on the carbonization resistance of concrete in the early stage,but has a certain degree of improvement on the carbonization resistance of concrete in the later stage.The dry shrinkage of the concrete after adding the superfine composite admixture is smaller,and the dry shrinkage of the concrete at 180 days is 6.4%lower than that of the concrete with the ordinary admixture.The results of microanalysis showed that the mineral composition of hydration products in the system was not changed by the superfine composite admixture,but more ettringite,calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminate hydrate were generated during hydration.
