摘 要:以某不锈钢制品企业生产废水为研究对象,针对其酸度高、毒性强、产量大、难处理的水质特征,设计了以反渗透工艺为核心的基于"预处理+反渗透+MVR"组合的零排放工艺。运行结果表明,在一、二、三段运行压力分别为1.2、1.7、2.2 MPa和浓水回流量均为50%的条件下,经过反渗透系统的处理,废水的电导率由2 075~2 133μS/cm稳定降低至30μS/cm以下;对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为88%、65%、88%、97%以上;废水回收率基本保持在87%~92%之间,系统总脱盐率达到98%以上。零排放系统总的运行费用为56.83元/m^(3),反渗透系统的运行费用为5.35元/m^(3),综合收益达13.08万元/年。As the wastewater from a stainless steel production enterprise is characterized by high acidity, strong toxicity, large flow rate and difficult to treat, a zero discharge project based on the combined process of pretreatment, reverse osmosis and MVR was designed with reverse osmosis process as the core technology. When the operating pressures of the first, second and third stages were 1.2 MPa, 1.7 MPa and 2.2 MPa, respectively, and the reflux rate of the concentrated water was 50%, the conductivity of the wastewater decreased steadily from 2 075-2 133 μS/cm to less than 30 μS/cm after treatment by the reverse osmosis system. The average removal efficiencies of COD, NH_(3)-N, TN and TP were above 88%, 65%, 88% and 97%, respectively. The recovery rate of the wastewater was between 87% and 92%, and the total desalination rate of the system was above 98%. The total operating cost of the zero discharge system was 56.83 yuan/m^(3), among which the operating cost of the reverse osmosis system was 5.35 yuan/m^(3). The comprehensive income of the process reached 130 800 yuan/year.
