摘　　要：创新创业教育是实现大学生全面发展的有效路径,是提升大学生就业能力的关键抓手,是助推大学生高质量就业的实现载体。当前创新创业教育提升大学生就业能力普遍存在学生积极参与但就业能力提升实效性不足,高校创新创业教育与大学生就业能力提升的系统耦合性不足,教师开展创新创业教育促进大学生就业能力提升的联动性不足等现象和问题,影响到大学生就业及职业生涯发展。为此,学生、高校和教师需要系统联动,通过创新动力模式提升创新创业教育与就业能力培育实效性,通过创新教学模式提升创新创业教育与就业能力培育针对性,通过创新管理模式提升创新创业教育与就业能力培育系统性,通过创新理念体系提升创新创业教育与就业能力培育联动性。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an effective way to realize the all-round development of college students,is the key to improve the employability of college students,and is the carrier to promote the high-quality employment of college students.At present,although innovation and entrepreneurship education has been carried out in lots of universities and colleges,the employability of college students has not effectively improved due to some factors related to students,universities and teachers.To this end,students,universities and teachers need to work together to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employability cultivation through innovation power mode,to enhance the pertinence of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employability cultivation through innovation teaching mode,to enhance the systematicness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employability cultivation through innovation management mode,and to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employability cultivation through innovative idea system.
