摘 要:介绍上海某区域供能系统冷热源规划方案,该系统设计因地制宜,充分利用区域能源资源形成多能耦合的冷热源系统,包括废热利用(电厂蒸汽废热)、冰蓄冷等技术,同时考虑供能系统安全性,采用天然气作为备用能源。经预测分析,相对用户自建冷热源系统,区域供能系统全年节约能耗4494 t标准煤,全年碳排放量减少12595 t,全年运行费用节省1413万元左右,节省比例约37%。The planning of cold and heat source scheme for a district cooling and heating system in Shanghai is introduced.This system is designed according to the local conditions,making full use of regional energy resources to construct a multi-energy coupled cooling and heating system,including waste heat utilization(steam from power plant),ice storage and other technologies.For safety,natural gas is considered as the reserve energy for the cold and heat source system.By prediction and analysis,compared with the separately built cold and heat source system of the buildings,district cooling and heating systems can realize the energy consumption reduction of 4494 tce,the annual carbon reduction of 12595 tons,and the annual operation cost reduction of about 14.13 million yuan,Which is about 37%of the annual operation cost.
