摘　　要：目的明晰医务人员对深静脉血栓(DVT)中西医结合预防和认知现状,为临床DVT采取多种预防措施提供依据。方法采用电子问卷对山西省6所三级甲等医院的医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员对常规预防DVT认知在95%以上。对中西医结合预防DVT认知在75%以上。结论医务人员对深静脉血栓(DVT)中西医结合预防及认知不够普遍,应加强医务人员DVT预防中医知识的培训,推动DVT中西医结合预防措施的实施。Objective To understand the current situation of prevention and cognition of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)among medical staff,so as to provide basis for various preventive measures for clinical DVT.Methods Electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the medical staff of 6 tertiary hospitals in Shanxi Province.Results More than 95%of the medical staff knew about the routine prevention of DVT.More than 75%of the patients were aware of the prevention of DVT by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion The prevention and cognition of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is not common enough.It is necessary to strengthen the training of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge of medical staff on DVT prevention,and promote the implementation of preventive measures of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for DVT.
