摘　　要：目的通过对慢性心力衰竭患者在西药治疗基础上进行中西医结合心脏康复训练,分析中西医结合心脏康复治疗对患者心肺运动能力的影响。方法选取2019—2020年收治的60例慢性稳定期心衰患者分为试验组及对照组,试验组予以常规西医治疗联合中西医结合心脏康复治疗(八段锦及常规心脏康复训练),对照组仅予规范化西医治疗;3个月后评估2组患者的临床症状,复查心肺运动试验及血浆NT-porBNP浓度情况,对比峰值摄氧量及NT-porBNP水平,评价治疗前后患者心肺功能变化。结果治疗前2组患者数据进行相关对比,峰值摄氧量、NT-porBNP差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。试验后复查2组患者峰值摄氧量上升,NT-porBNP浓度下降,试验组改善幅度优于对照组。结论对慢性心衰患者在西医规范化治疗基础上实施中西医结合心脏康复训练,可有效提高患者心肺运动能力,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the influence of cardiac rehabilitation treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the patients’ability for cardiopulmonary exercise through providing cardiac rehabilitation training to the patients with chronic heart failure based on their Western medicine treatment.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure in their stabilized phase hospitalized during 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and control group.The experimental group received the combined treatment of conventional Western medicine and heart rehabilitation therapy(Baduanjin and conventional cardiac rehabilitation training),while the control group were only treated with normalized western-medicine treatment.Three months later,the clinical symptoms of the 2 groups were assessed,the cardiopulmonary exercise test and plasma NT-porBNP concentration were rechecked,and the peak oxygen intake and NT-porBNP level were compared to evaluate the changes in cardiopulmonary function of the patients before and after treatment.Results Related comparison of the data of two groups of patients showed that there was no significant difference in peak VO and NT-porBNP between the two groups before the treatment,which indicates comparability.Reexamination after the experiment showed the peak VO of the two groups increased and the concentration of NT-porBNP decreased,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of control group.Conclusion Based on the standardized treatment of western medicine,the practice of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine cardiac rehabilitation training for patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary exercise ability of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
