摘　　要：目的分析川芎汤对月经不调的治疗作用。方法入组2019年1月—2019年12月收治的月经不调患者共70例,随机分组,对照组的患者采用西医进行治疗,观察组给予川芎汤。比较2组月经量恢复正常的时间、月经周期恢复正常的时间、治疗前后患者疾病证候评分、生活质量、月经不调治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组月经量恢复正常的时间、月经周期恢复正常的时间短于对照组,治疗后患者疾病证候评分、生活质量、月经不调治疗总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。2组的不良反应比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论川芎汤对月经不调的治疗作用确切,可有效改善月经失调和患者的生存质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chuanxiong decoction on irregular menstruation.Methods A total of 70 patients with irregular menstruation from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in this hospital.They were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the observation group was given Chuanxiong decoction.The time for menstrual volume to return to normal,the time for menstrual cycle to return to normal,the patient’s disease syndrome scores before and after treatment,the quality of life,the total effective rate of treatment for irregular menstruation,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time for the observation group to return to normal menstrual volume and menstrual cycle to normal was shorter than that of the control group.After treatment,the patients’disease syndrome score,quality of life,and the total effective rate of treatment for irregular menstruation of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiong decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on irregular menstruation,which can effectively improve menstrual disorders and the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
