子午流注低频穴位治疗对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注低频穴位治疗对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年9月妇产科宫颈癌根治术后患者60例,于术后第5天行子午流注低频穴位治疗,随机分为治疗组(基础护理+子午流注低频穴位)和对照组(基础护理),每组30例。比较观察2组患者术后临床疗效、残余尿量及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的残余尿、尿潴留率均低于对照组,术后首次排尿时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注低频穴位治疗能促进术后自主排尿、减少膀胱残余尿量,且可有效减少术后并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency meridional flow acupoint on bladder function after cervical cancer surgery.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,60 patients with cervical cancer after radical operation in our hospital were selected,on the fifth day after the operation,low-frequency acupoint treatment was performed by meridional flow.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(basic nursing and meridian low-frequency acupoints)and the control group(basic nursing),with 30 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,residual urine volume and complications of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the residual urine rate and urinary retention rate of the paitients in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group,and the first urination time after the operation of the treatment group was shorter than of the control group,and there had statistically significant differences.Conclusion Treatment of low frequency meridional flow point can promote postoperative self-urination,reduce residual urine volume,and effectively reduce postoperative complications.
