替加环素鞘内注射成功治疗多重耐药弗氏柠檬酸杆菌颅内感染

摘　　要：1例65岁男性患者因颅内感染住院,先后应用头孢唑肟、美罗培南、更昔洛韦、利奈唑胺、头孢曲松、阿莫西林舒巴坦、莫西沙星、万古霉素等抗菌药物治疗,疗效欠佳。临床药师会诊后,调整为替加环素5 mg加入注射用水2 ml鞘内注射,每次夹闭4 h,脑脊液培养:弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(仅替加环素敏感),治疗9 d后好转出院,继续康复治疗。A 65-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital due to intracranial infection.Ceftizoxime,meropenem,ganciclovir,linezolid,ceftriaxone,amoxicillin sulbactam,moxifloxacin and vancomycin were used successively,but the effect was bad.Then the patient received intrathecal injection of tigecycline 5 mg combined with 2 ml water,clipping for 4 h each time.Cerebrospinal fluid culture indicated that it was Citrobacter freundii(only sensitive to tigecycline).The patient got better and was discharged after treatment for 9 d,and went on with recovery treatment.
