摘  要:为克服现有扭振减振器的减振性能不足和结构复杂问题,设计了一种结合液压式减振结构。其包括法兰盘、橡胶固定板、橡胶液室、橡胶小液室、惯性通道、壳体、橡胶膜,橡胶固定板通过双头螺柱、螺母固定在法兰盘上;橡胶液室与橡胶固定板以及壳体采用硫化工艺连接;橡胶液室圆周沿轴向每隔一定角度度挖去一部分空间螺旋叶片状独立的空间形成橡胶小液室;每一个橡胶小液室对应一个惯性通道通孔;橡胶小液室与固定在壳体的惯性通道以及位于壳体中的橡胶膜形成多个流体循环系统,在有限的空间内大大增加了扭振减振器可调节阻尼的最大范围。该结构有效解决了汽车传动系复杂扭振工况下的减振问题,证明了该结构的有效性和可行性。In order to overcome the problems of insufficient damping performance and complex structure of the existing torsional vibration damper,a kind of hydraulic vibration damping structure was designed.It includes flange,rubber fixing plate,rubber liquid chamber,small rubber liquid chamber,inertia track,shell and rubber film,the rubber fixing plate is fixed on the flange by double screw bolts and nuts.The rubber chamber is connected with the rubber fixing plate and shell by vulcanization technology.In the circumference of the rubber liquid chamber,some parts of the spiral vane independent spaces are dug out along the axis at regular angles to form a small rubber liquid chamber.Each small rubber chamber corresponds to an inertial track through-hole.The small rubber chamber,the inertia track fixed in the shell and the rubber film located in the shell form multiple fluid circulation system together,and they greatly increase the maximum range of controllable dampers of the torsional vibration damper in a limited amount of space.The structure can effectively solve the vibration reduction problem of automobile transmission system under complex torsional vibration conditions,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the structure.
