摘 要:在汽车的电气故障诊断中,常用的方法是使用万用表对电路系统的电压、电阻、电流进行测量,从而判断出故障原因及故障点。但在某些特殊故障时,此方法对故障的快速判断还不够高效。为此,提出了波形分析方法。在汽车电气故障诊断案例中采用示波器进行信号波形测量,通过波形分析法查到了故障原因并排除了故障,展现了波形分析法在某些特殊故障时对电路故障原因分析方面的优势,提高了汽车电气故障诊断的效率。It is a common method to judge the cause and point of the circuit system fault by using the multimeter to measure the voltage,resistance and current in the electrical fault diagnosis of automobile.But in some special faults,this method is not efficient enough.For this reason,the waveform analysis method was proposed.In the case of automobile electrical fault diagnosis,the oscilloscope was used to measure the waveform of signal,and the fault causes were found and eliminated.It shows the advantages of waveform analysis method in the analysis of circuit fault causes in some special faults,and improves the efficiency of automobile electrical fault diagnosis.
