摘　　要：将成熟度评价理论与质量管理体系结合,根据汽车行业特点,从系统视角出发,运用过程方法,引入定性评价和定量分析标准,构建了一套基于成熟度评价模型的全流程竞争力质量管理体系理论,用于提升组织的质量竞争力。优化后的全流程竞争力质量体系理论应用效果显著,为提升产品质量、提高品牌认可度、强化市场竞争力提供了有力的基础保障。Combined the maturity evaluation theory with the quality management system,according to the characteristics of the automotive industry,qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis standards were introduced by using process methods,a total competitiveness quality system theory was built based on the maturity evaluation model to improve the quality competitiveness of the organization.The optimized total competitiveness quality system theory application effect is remarkable,and it provides a strong basic guarantee for improving product quality,improving brand recognition,and strengthening market competitiveness.
