摘  要:目前,超临界CO_(2)印刷电路板换热器研究主要以数值模拟为主。实验研究较少,部分实验运行温度和压力远低于超临界CO_(2)布雷顿循环发电系统实际工况。此外,基于实验结果的超临界CO_(2)换热器费用评估未见报道。为此,采用印刷电路板式换热器作为超临界CO_(2)布雷顿循环发电系统回热器和冷却器,在全温全压实验条件下测试质量流量对换热器缩比样机的热导、效能、换热量和摩擦因子的影响规律,并依据实验数据对1MW超临界CO_(2)发电系统用回热器和冷却器费用进行分析。结果表明,不同质量流量条件下回热器和冷却器的热导、效能、换热量和摩擦因子变化幅度较大,从而对换热器的费用产生影响。研究结果为MW级超临界CO_(2)布雷顿循环发电系统回热器和冷却器的研发提供技术支撑。Currently, numerical simulations are mainly used for the research on the printed circuit heat exchanger with supercritical carbon dioxide. Only few studies focus on experimental tests, and the operating temperatures and pressures of these experiments are far lower than those in the real operating conditions of the supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power cycles. In addition, there is no report about the cost assessment on supercritical carbon dioxide heat exchangers based on the experimental data. Therefore, in this paper, the printed circuit heat exchangers were adopted as the recuperator and cooler for the supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power cycles, and the effects of mass flow rates on the thermal conduction, effectiveness, heat transfer rate and friction factor of the scaled heat exchanger prototypes were tested under the whole temperatures and pressures conditions of the experiments. The costs of the 1 MW scale recuperator and cooler for the supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power cycle were analyzed based on the experimental data. The results show that the thermal conduction, effectiveness, heat transfer rate and friction factor of the recuperator and cooler vary sharply under different mass flow rates, which affects the cost of the heat exchangers. The research results in this paper will provide technical supports for the research and development of the MW-scale recuperator and cooler for the supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power cycles.
