摘  要:针对不确定性扰动造成的双永磁电机系统转速同步性能下降的问题,提出基于双电机速度环统一建模的抗扰动转速同步控制策略。首先,将2台电机的速度环视为一个整体,建立统一速度环模型;基于该模型,采用线性自抗扰控制器对负载突变、模型失配等引起的扰动进行估计并补偿;进一步提出控制器参数整定方法,并结合交叉耦合结构实现了2台电机的转速同步;最后,采用频域方法分析系统的稳定性以及抗扰动性能。仿真与实验结果证明了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。Aiming at the decrease of the speed synchronization performance of the dual permanent magnet motors(PMSM) system caused by the uncertainty disturbance, an anti-disturbance speed synchronization control strategy based on the unified modeling of the dual motor speed loops is proposed. First, the speed loops of the two motors are regarded as a whole, and a unified speed loop model is established. Based on the model, a linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC) strategy is used to estimate and compensate disturbances caused by load mutations and model mismatches;then the tuning method for the controller parameters is proposed. In addition, combined with the cross-coupling control structure, the speed synchronization control strategy of the two motors is realized. Finally, the frequency domain method is used to analyze the stability and anti-disturbance performance of the system. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is proved by simulation and experimental results.
