摘　　要：癌性疼痛是癌症病人晚期的主要痛苦之一,当前西医的"三阶梯"癌痛治疗原则虽然对大多数病人疗效较明显,但仍存在毒副作用较大等缺陷与不足。中医将癌痛归属于"痛证"范畴。病机十九条"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"指出具有疼痛、瘙痒、疮疡症状疾病之病机皆统括归属于心,而现代研究中也逐渐发现癌痛与"心"的功能相关。故本文以"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"理论为基础,梳理历史源流及现代引申研究,剖析心之功能与癌痛联系,总结相应的治则治法,完善从心辨治癌痛的理法方药,为癌痛治疗开辟新的途径。Cancer pain is one of the main botherings of cancer patients in the late stage.Although the“three-step”cancer pain treatment principle in western medicine has obvious effects on most patients,there are still defects such as great toxic and side effects.In TCM,cancer pain is classified as a“pain pattern”.According to the 19 pathogenesis explored in Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic):Basic Questions,“all pain,itchiness or sore disorders pertain to the heart”,and modern studies have gradually found that cancer pain is related to the function of the“heart”.Therefore,based on the theory of“all pain,itchiness or sore disorders pertaining to the heart”,this paper sorts out its related historical origin and modern extension,analyzes the relationship between the function of the heart and cancer pain,summarizes the corresponding treatment principles and methods,and improves the principle-method-formula-medicine system for the treatment of cancer pain from the perspective of the heart,thus attempting to open up a new way for the treatment of cancer pain.
