摘　　要：目的:了解中医医院医疗质量管理的实际状况,探索科学完善的中医医院医疗质量管理体系。方法:运用文献研究法梳理中医医院医疗质量管理现状,运用问卷调查法对湖北省11所中医医院的医疗质量管理体系进行调查。结果:文献研究显示,目前中医医院医疗质量管理研究相对较少,其研究内容主要从现状问题和方法对策两方面展开。在实践调查中,被调查的11所中医医院基本建立医疗质量管理体系,但存在质量管理职能部门不健全、医疗规章制度落实不到位、监督控制机制不完善、信息化水平低、中医特色不鲜明等问题。结论:中医医院医疗质量管理体系的建立要从组织体系、标准体系、质控评价体系和支撑保障体系这4个维度入手。Objective:To understand the actual status of medical quality management in Chinese medicine hospitals,and to explore a scientific and complete medical quality management system in Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods:Use the literature research method to sort out the status quo of medical quality management in TCM hospitals,and use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the medical quality management systems of 11 TCM hospitals in Hubei Province.Result:Literature research shows that there are relatively few researches on medical quality management in TCM hospitals,and the research content is mainly carried out from two aspects:current problems and methods and countermeasures.In the practice survey,the 11 Chinese medicine hospitals under investigation have basically established a medical quality management system,but there are problems with incomplete quality management functional departments,inadequate implementation of medical rules and regulations,imperfect supervision and control mechanisms,low levels of informatization,and unclear characteristics of Chinese medicine.And other issues.Conclusion:The establishment of the medical quality management system of Chinese medicine hospitals should start from the four dimensions of organization system,standard system,quality control evaluation system and support guarantee system.
