摘　　要：北京协和医院工会近年来开展"智慧工会"建设,开发设计了协和"工会云"系统,将线上线下工作深度融合,为职工提供高效便捷的多元化服务,提升工会组织的工作效力,形成了工会组织与职工紧密联系的良性循环,进一步增强了职工的获得感和幸福感,助力北京协和医院智慧医院建设。本文就协和"工会云"建立初衷、平台设计、应用效果及展望等方面进行阐述和探讨。In order to improve the intelligentization and informatization of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH),its labor union has developed and designed the construction of the "smart labor union" based on the "Internet +" service system in recent years.Smart labor union provides efficient and convenient services for employees.With the help of smart labor union,all work is deeply integrated and employees are closely connected.In addition,smart labor union has improved the union’s political stand,overall situation consciousness and work efficiency.On the basis of satisfying the diversified needs of employees,it has enhanced their sense of gain and happiness.This paper elaborates and discusses the design,application,effect and prospect of smart labor union.
