摘　　要：目的翻译围产期焦虑筛查量表(Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale,PASS),并检验该量表的信效度。方法遵循Brislin模型对量表进行翻译。采用便利抽样法,于2020年1—9月,选取北京市某三级甲等医院的产科病房及产科门诊的围产期孕产妇作为研究对象。采用中文版PASS对其进行调查,检验量表的信效度。结果中文版PASS包括急性焦虑与适应(14个条目)、社交焦虑(6个条目)、过度担心(7个条目)、强迫症状(4个条目)共4个维度。中文版PASS的内容效度指数为0.954;PASS与SAS的相关系数为0.509(P<0.01);经过因子分析方差最大正交旋转法,共提取4个因子,累计贡献率为59.403%。总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.954,折半信度为0.886,重测信度为0.967。结论中文版围产期焦虑筛查量表的信效度良好,可用于评价我国孕产妇在围产期阶段的焦虑状态。Objective To translate the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale(PASS),and test its reliability and validity.Methods The scale was translated following the Brislin model.From January to September 2020,convenience sampling was used to select perinatal pregnant and parturient women in the Obstetrics Ward and Obstetrics Outpatient Department of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Beijing as the research object.The Chinese version of PASS was used to investigate the pregnant and parturient women to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version of PASS included 4 dimensions of acute anxiety and adjustment(14 items),social anxiety(6 items),excessive worry(7 items),and obsessive-compulsive symptoms(4 items).The content validity index of the Chinese version of PASS was 0.954.The correlation coefficient between PASS and SAS was 0.509(P<0.01).After factor analysis maximum variance orthogonal rotation method,a total of 4 factors were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 59.403%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.954,and the split-half reliability was 0.886,and the test-retest reliability was 0.967.Conclusions The Chinese version of the PASS has good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate the anxiety of Chinese pregnant and parturient women in the perinatal period.
