摘　　要：感恩对慢性病患者的身心健康以及生活质量的提高有着重要的意义,本文对感恩的概念、相关理论、测量工具、干预策略及其效果评价进行综述,旨在提高我国护理人员对感恩的认识,为感恩在慢性病领域的研究提供参考依据,推动感恩理论在我国慢性病患者临床护理中的进一步应用。Gratitude is of great significance to the physical and mental health of patients with chronic diseases and the improvement of their quality of life.This paper summarized concept,related theories,measurement tools,intervention strategies and effect evaluation of gratitude,aiming to improve the understanding of gratitude among nursing staff in China,provide references for the research of gratitude in the field of chronic diseases and promote the further application of gratitude theory in clinical nursing of patients with chronic disease in China.
