摘　　要：随着经济发展和人口老龄化时代的到来,女性在预期寿命延长的同时,追求高质量生活,因此绝经健康管理势在必行.健康生活方式调整是绝经健康管理的首要内容.绝经激素治疗(menopausal hormone therapy,MHT)的有效性已经被充分证实,但用药相关风险仍然是复杂的问题.本文综述了国内外绝经健康管理的发展历程和现状,总结绝经激素治疗的热点问题,并对绝经管理的发展提出展望.Along with rapid economic development and aged tendency of populations,women should not only pursue the extension of life span,but also enjoy a healthy life in the postmenopausal and elder stage.It is imperative to conduct menopause management amongst the menopausal women.Healthy lifestyle is the primary content of menopause management.The effectiveness of menopausal hormone therapy(MHT)is well established,but risks associated with MHT remain complex issues.This article reviews the development and current status of menopause management,summarizes the controversial issues about MHT,and provides an outlook for future research of menopause management.
