摘　　要：血友病是一种遗传性出血性疾病,骨骼肌肉系统出血是最常见的临床表现,会导致关节、肌肉、骨骼的并发症,影响患者功能,最终导致残疾.血友病骨骼肌肉并发症的功能评估及康复治疗,是血友病综合治疗的重要组成部分.本文综述了血友病骨骼肌肉并发症的功能评估及康复治疗.Hemophilia is a hereditary hemorrhagic disease.Bleeding of the musculoskeletal system is the most common clinical manifestation,which affects the patient’s function,and eventually leads to disability.Functional evaluation and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal complications is an important part of comprehensive treatment of hemophilia.This article reviews methods of functional evaluation and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal complications in hemophilia.
