摘　　要：实施"五大行动"是促进河南水产业高质量发展的重要抓手。本文介绍了河南省实施"五大行动"的总体目标和重点措施,总结了取得的成效和存在的问题,对今后工作提出了部署要求。Implementing the "Five Major Actions" is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of aquatic industry in Henan province. This paper introduces the general objective and key measures of implementing the "Five Major Actions" in Henan province, summarizes the achievements and existing problems, and puts forward the deployment requirements for future work.
