摘  要:针对自主设计研制的压电喷油器,利用喷油规律测试仪,试验研究了压电喷油器的喷油规律,并分析了喷油器在不同轨压和控制脉宽下的动态响应特性和喷射能力.结果表明:在不同轨压和控制脉宽下喷油器进行喷射时,喷油持续期较为稳定;当轨压从120MPa增加到160MPa时,喷油开启响应延迟仅增加了约14.5%;当控制脉宽从1.0ms增加到2.5ms时,喷油关闭响应延迟减小了约14.9%;喷油器进行多次喷射时,主预喷标准差分别仅为0.4和0.3左右.For the self-designed piezoelectric injector,the injection law of the piezoelectric injector was studied by using the injection law tester,and the dynamic response characteristics and injection capability of the injector were analyzed under different rail pressures and control pulse widths.The results show that the injection duration is relatively stable under different rail pressures and control pulse widths.The injection opening response delay only increases by about 14.5%when the rail pressure increases from 120 MPa to 160 MPa.And the injection closing response delay decreases by about 14.9%when the control pulse width increases from 1.0 ms to 2.5 ms.The standard deviation between the main and pilot injection is only about 0.4 and 0.3 respectively for multiple injections.
