摘　　要：经常性思想工作,是指针对教育管理对象现实问题和活思想,随时随地进行的教育疏导工作,贯穿于各项工作和日常生活之中,与集中系统的思想政治教育相互联系,互为补充,具有很强的及时性、针对性、灵活性和群众性。做好定向培养士官学员的经常性思想工作,不仅能够帮助学员辨别是非、分清荣辱,解决学员的现实思想问题,树立坚定的理想信念,而且能够巩固思想政治教育成果,调动学员的学习训练积极性,同时也是培养合格士官人才的重要工作。Regular ideological work refers to the education and guidance work carried out anytime and anywhere on the real problems and living thoughts of educational management objects.Doing a good job in the regular ideological work of oriented training of noncommissioned officers can not only help the students distinguish right from wrong,distinguish honor and disgrace,solve their realistic ideological problems,establish firm ideals and beliefs,but also consolidate the achievements of ideological and political education and mobilize the students’enthusiasm for learning and training.It is also an important task for cultivating qualified non-commissioned officers.
