摘　　要：在组织生命周期理论的视阈下,高校优秀辅导员团队具有一定的生命特征和生命周期,通过梳理总结组织生命周期理论对高校辅导员团队建设的启示,分析优秀辅导员团队的五个主要构成要素,将优秀辅导员的发展划分为形成阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段、蜕变再生阶段,分析每一阶段团队建设的主要特征和任务,以期丰富辅导员团队建设理论。From the perspective of the organizational life cycle theory,an excellent college counselor team has certain life characteristics and its life cycle.By combing and summarizing the enlightenment of organizational life cycle theory on college counselor team construction,this paper analyzes the five main elements of excellent counselor team,divides the development of excellent counselor team into formation stage,growth stage,mature stage,transformation and regeneration stage,and analyzes the characteristics of team construction in the main characteristics and tasks of each stage,in order to enrich the theory of counselor team building.
