摘  要:以马来酸酐为原料,采用水解法对聚马来酸酐的合成工艺进行研究。通过单一变量法考察引发剂的用量、反应温度、催化剂种类、催化剂的用量等工艺条件对产品阻垢性能的影响。用静态阻垢法测定产品的阻垢性能。结果表明,合成工艺条件为:反应温度90℃;以双氧水作引发剂,添加量为马来酸酐质量的80%;催化剂为(NH 4)2Fe(SO 4)2·6H 2O和V 2O 5,用量各为15 mg;合成产品的数均分子量为894,重均分子量为1072,产品的阻垢效果最好,阻垢率为60.3%,优于工业上使用的同类产品。Using maleic anhydride as raw material,the synthesis process of polymaleic anhydride is studied by hydrolysis method.The influence of the process conditions such as the amount of initiator,the reaction temperature,the type of catalyst,and the amount of the catalyst on the scale inhibition performance of the product was investigated by the single variable method.The static scale inhibition method was used to determine the scale inhibition performance of the product.The results showed that the synthesis process conditions were reaction temperature 90℃.Hydrogen peroxide was used as the initiator,and its addition amount was 80%of the mass of maleic anhydride.The catalysts were(NH 4)2Fe(SO 4)2·6H 2O and V 2O 5,and the amount of catalyst was 15 mg.The number average molecular weight of the synthesized product was 894,and the weight average molecular weight was 1072.This product has the best scale inhibition effect,with a scale inhibition rate of 60.3%,which is better than similar products used in industry.
