摘　　要：目的:为国内公立医院改革提供参考与借鉴。方法:通过文献、外国法律政策等查询及对比分析等方法,对英国社会力量参与公立医院改革的具体内容进行分析。结果:英国公立医院改革中对社会力量的范围和公立医院的范围均有所界定,英国政府采取直接管制和间接管制并重的方法。结论:目前国内社会力量参与公立医院改革的发展仍有许多不足之处,现行公立医院法律制度、社会力量的准入机制、政府监管体系仍有待进一步发展完善。Objective:Provide a reference for the reform of public hospitals in China.Methods:research was done by inquiring about literature,foreign law and policy,comparing and analyzing and so on.Results:Both the scope of social forces and the scope of public hospitals were defined in the reform of public hospitals and the British government adopts the method of direct and indirect control.Conclusion:At present,there are still many shortcomings in the development of social forces participating in the reform of public hospitals in China.The current legal system of public hospitals,the access mechanism of social forces,and the government supervision system still need to be further developed and improved.
