摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,公立医院党建工作面临着诸多问题和挑战。公立医院党建工作目前存在的问题主要集中于部分党组织议事决策机制欠规范、思想政治学习薄弱并忽视党建工作重要性等。针对公立医院党的建设工作出现的问题,提出了提升党务创新、将医院党建工作与大数据紧密融合、强化医院党建工作廉政风险防控及全视野深谋划等改进措施,从而全面提升医院形象,提高医院竞争力,为新时代公立医院可持续健康发展提供坚实力量。With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the Party building work in public hospitals is facing many problems and challenges.The current problems of Party building work in public hospitals are mainly concentrated in the lack of standardization of the decision-making mechanism of some Party organizations,weak ideological and political learning,and ignoring the importance of Party building work.In response to the problems in the Party building work of public hospitals,improvement measures have been proposed to enhance Party affairs innovation,closely integrate hospital Party building work with big data,strengthen the prevention and control of clean government risks in hospital Party building work,and deepen planning with a full view,so as to comprehensively enhance the image of the hospital.Improve the competitiveness of hospitals and provide solid strength for the sustainable and healthy development of public hospitals in the new era.
