摘　　要：目的:探讨在医院智慧服务体系建设背景下厦门大学附属第一医院互联网医院建设成效及发展策略。方法:回顾厦门大学附属第一医院互联网医院建设过程,分析平台功能设置,汇总统计主要业务量,通过对标医院智慧服务分级评估条目,探讨互联网医院在智慧服务建设背景下所取得的成效和未来发展方向。结果:经过5年发展,该院已完成包含诊前、诊中和诊后的基本移动端医疗业务覆盖;线上问诊与线下门诊比例为1∶28;经过筛选,共识别出96项与互联网医院相关的智慧服务评估条目,其中95项为3级以上要求条目。目前,该院互联网医院已满足31项,待完善24项,待建设41项。结论:厦门大学附属第一医院互联网医院建设取得明显成效。医院智慧服务评估标准明确和细化了互联网医院建设目标,通过与其对标,可客观评估互联网医院建设所取得的成效和存在的不足,对指导互联网医院发展规划具有重要意义。Objective:To discuss the construction effectiveness and development strategy of the Internet Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University in the context of the construction of the hospital's smart service system.Methods:Review the construction process of the Internet Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,analyze the platform function settings,summarize and count the main business volume,and explore the effectiveness and future of the Internet hospital in the context of smart service construction by comparing the smart service classification evaluation items of the standard hospital Direction of development.Results:After 5 years of development,the hospital has completed the basic mobile medical business coverage including pre-diagnosis,indiagnosis and post-diagnosis;the ratio of online consultation to offline outpatient clinic is 1:28;after screening,a total of 96 items have been identified Among the smart service assessment items related to Internet hospitals,95 items are required for level 3 or higher.At present,the hospital’s Internet hospital has met 31 items,24 items to be improved,and 41 items to be built.Conclusion:The construction of the Internet Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University has achieved remarkable results.The hospital smart service evaluation standard clarifies and refines the goal of Internet hospital construction.Through benchmarking,it can objectively evaluate the results and deficiencies of Internet hospital construction,which is of guiding significance for guiding the development of Internet hospitals.
