摘　　要：目的:基于5所肿瘤专科医院学科建设方面2018-2019年数据,分析目前国内肿瘤专科医院学科的发展现状,对项目差异数据进行策略讨论和建议,为肿瘤专科医院学科建设提供参考依据。方法:收集2018-2019年5所肿瘤专科医院的相关数据,对相关数据进行配对t检验,进一步分析影响各数据变化的因素。结果:数据显示每所医院2018年和2019年的发展现状和变化趋势,围绕人才、医疗、科研等方面制定下一步学科建设政策,以求获得良好效果。结论:学科建设是一项持久性医学建设工程,决定了医院的整体发展战略。有序良好的学科建设是医院全面可持续发展的基础和内在动力,是医院的一项根本性、基础性和战略性任务。Objective:Based on the 2018-2019 data of the discipline construction of 5 cancer hospitals,analyze the current status of domestic cancer hospital disciplines,conduct strategic discussions and suggestions on project difference data,and provide a reference for the discipline construction of cancer hospitals.Methods:Collect relevant data from 5 cancer hospitals from 2018 to 2019,perform a paired t test on the relevant data,and further analyze the factors that affect the changes in each data.Results:The data shows the development status and changing trends of each hospital in 2018 and 2019.The next discipline construction policy is formulated around talents,mdeical scientific research,etc.,in order to obtain good results.Conclusion:Disciplinary construction is a persistent medical construction project,which determines the overall development strategy of the hospital.Orderly and good discipline construction is the foundation and internal driving force for the overall sustainable development of the hospital,and it is a fundamental,basic and strategic task of the hospital..
