摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情期间,北海市人民医院通过建立疫情防控指挥部,成立相应的工作小组,多科协助;快速建立信息系统,统一汇总及时上报分析信息,为决策提供依据;设立“一站式”闭环管理的发热门诊和隔离病房,制定标准化转运、隔离、治疗流程,及时做到“四早”;中西医结合救治,中药参与治疗提高治愈率;培训防护到位,统筹安排人力物力,合理分配资源,做好患者、陪护、员工三体管理,全面实现“零感染”。During the COVID-19,Beihai People's Hospital established an epidemic prevention and control headquarters,set up a corresponding working group and assisted by multiple departments;quickly set up an information system,unified summary and timely reporting of analytical information to provide a basis for decision-making;set up a"one-stop"closedloop management of fever clinics and isolation wards,developed a standardized transfer,isolation and treatment process,and achieved"four early"in a timely manner;combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment,Chinese medicine involved in treatment to improve the cure rate;training and protection in place,the overall arrangement of human and material resources,reasonable allocation of resources,and good management of patients,escorts and staff,to achieve"zero infection".
