摘　　要：当前,公立医院呈现多院区发展趋势,管理难度增大,在行政会议管理方面尤为明显。以北京市某三甲综合医院为例,分析公立医院多院区运行中行政会议管理的问题和难点,并从行政会议制度建设、组织实施和监督体系等方面进行实践和经验总结,为提升多院区行政会议管理水平提供借鉴与参考。At present,public hospitals present the development trend of multi-district operation,which makes management more difficult,especially in the management of administrative conferences.Taking a Grade III general hospital in Beijing as an example,we analyze the problems and difficulties of administrative conference management in multi-district operation of public hospitals,and summarize our practice and experience in terms of administrative conference system construction,organization and implementation,and supervision system,so as to provide reference for improving the administrative conference management in multi-district hospitals.
