摘 要:深入研究聚合物溶液的湍流减阻特性和减阻机理,对内外流动设备降耗节能意义重大,故使用旋转圆盘装置(RDA)详细研究了浓度、温度和雷诺数对聚氧化乙烯水溶液湍流减阻的影响规律.结果表明,减阻率同时取决于浓度、雷诺数和温度的大小;在低雷诺数下,较低浓度减阻溶液的减阻率在低温下远高于较高浓度减阻溶液的,较高浓度的减阻溶液在高温下可以取得高的减阻率;在高雷诺数下,减阻率随温度的升高先增大后减小,在所测温度范围内存在最佳减阻温度;温度和雷诺数的增加使取得最大减阻率的浓度增加;温度、浓度和雷诺数对PEO水溶液减阻效果的影响非常复杂、不是简单的线性关系.Study on the turbulent drag reduction characteristics and mechanism of polymer solution is of great significance for energy of consumption and saving in internal and external flow equipment.Therefore,the rotating disk apparatus(RDA)was used to carry out the turbulence drag reduction experiment on polyethylene oxide(PEO)aqueous solution,and the influence of concentration,temperature and Reynolds number on drag reduction was studied.The experimental results show that the drag reduction rates depend on temperature,concentration and Reynolds number.At the low Reynolds number,the drag reduction rate of the drag-reducing solution with a low concentration is much higher than that of a high concentration at the lower temperature,and the drag-reducing solution with the higher concentration can achieve a high drag-reducing rate at the high temperature.At the high Reynolds number,the drag-reducing rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.It seems that there is an optimal drag reduction temperature.The increase of temperature and Reynolds number increases the concentration corresponding to the maximum drag-reducing rate.The influence of temperature,concentration and Reynolds number on drag reduction effect of PEO aqueous solution is very complex and not a simple linear relationship.
