摘 要:第二类吸收式热泵能提升低温余热源的温度,而热泵的温升直接关系到余热利用的价值,这对于工程应用具有重要的意义,因此文中研究低温热源驱动的热泵温升特性.首先分析了在低温余热源下,余热源初温、终温及冷却水初温对热泵吸收温度的影响,分析结果表明,余热源温升不仅与余热源初温和冷却水温度有关,还取决于余热源回收利用后的终温,并且在相同的条件下,并联模式比串联模式能够得到更高的吸收温度;然后根据热力计算结果绘制了余热源初温在低温区(50℃~80℃)热泵的温升能力随余热源初温和冷却水初温变化的特性曲线;最后拟合出了相应温区下吸收温度与余热源初温、终温及冷却水初温之间的经验关联式,解决了热泵热力计算复杂,计算工作量大的问题,为实际工程中确定第二类吸收热泵的温升能力提供了依据.Absorption heat transformer can increase the temperature of the low-temperature waste heat source,and the temperature rise of the heat pump is directly related to the value of waste heat utilization,which has important significance for engineering applications.Therefore,the temperature rise characteristics of heat pumps driven by low-temperature heat sources are studied.Firstly,under the low-temperature waste heat source,the influence of the initial temperature and final temperature of the waste heat source and the initial temperature of the cooling water on the absorption temperature of the heat pump is analyzed.The analysis results show that the temperature rise of the waste heat source is not only related to the initial temperature of the waste heat source and the cooling water temperature,but also depends on the final temperature after the waste heat source is recycled.Under the same conditions,the parallel mode can obtain a higher absorption temperature than the series mode.Secondly,according to the thermal calculation results,the characteristic curve of the temperature rise ability of the heat pump in the low temperature region(50℃~80℃)with the initial temperature of the waste heat source and the initial temperature of the cooling water is drawn.Finally,the empirical correlation between the absorption temperature in the corresponding temperature zone and the initial temperature and final temperature of the waste heat source and the initial temperature of the cooling water is fitted.It solves the problem of complicated heat pump thermal calculation and large calculation workload,and provides a basis for determining the temperature rise capacity of Absorption heat transformer in actual engineering.
