摘　　要：经过近40多年研究生教育事业的发展,硕士研究生招考制度也在不断地发展与完善。该文基于选拔适应新时代发展需求的创新人才的视角,聚焦硕士研究生入学考试中公正性与科学性的辩证关系,指出目前入学考试中存在的问题,提出在确保复试程序公正的前提下,高校应充分发挥自主权,以实现入学考试中公正性与科学性相统一的建议与设想。After nearly 40 years of development in postgraduate education,the enrollment system for postgraduate students has also been continuously developed and improved.Based on the perspective of selecting innovative talents who meet the development needs of the new era,this paper focuses on the dialectical relationship between impartiality and scientificity in the entrance examination for postgraduates,points out the current problems in the entrance examination,and proposes that under the premise of ensuring the fairness of the reexamination for the entrance examination,universities should give full play to their autonomy to achieve the unity of impartiality and scientificity in the entrance examination.
