高校突发事件应对中的思想政治教育探析

摘　　要：当前,高校突发事件时有发生,给大学生身心健康和高校正常教学工作秩序带来了挑战。从类别来看,高校突发事件分为政治安全事件、日常管理事件、心理危机事件等。随着时代发展,高校突发事件呈现出线上与线下的交互融合、可预测性和突发性的对立、破坏性强且影响深远等特征。高校应通过建立大思政格局、创新思政教育机制、加强高校思政工作队伍的建设等方式,不断降低突发事件的破坏性和影响力。College emergencies happen many times,which brings challenges to college students’physical and mental health and the normal order of teaching work.From the perspective of categories,college emergencies can be divided into political security events,daily management events,psychological crisis events,etc.With the development of the times,emergencies in colleges and universities show the characteristics of online and offline interactive integration,predictability and unexpected opposition,strong destructive and far-reaching impact.Colleges and universities should constantly reduce the destructiveness and impact of emergencies by establishing a pattern of comprehensive ideological and political education,innovating the mechanism of ideological and political education,and strengthening the team construction for ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
