摘　　要：近年来,国家全力推进高等教育的“质量革命”,切实贯彻教学改革创新、促进教学质量提升是教育工作者的责任和义务。互联网技术的发展,使得“互联网+”背景下的教学模式创新成为可能。文章针对公司治理课程传统教学模式存在的学生学习注意力不集中、案例讨论的参与感不强、成绩评定方式单一三大问题,阐述依托超星学习通+腾讯会议平台探索公司治理课程教学创新模式,通过教学过程实施和效果评价,旨在为正在进行或即将进行公司治理线上教学的教师提供参考,推动公司治理课程教学改革,从而提升教学质量。In recent years,the State has made every effort to promote the“quality revolution”of higher education,and earnestly implementing teaching reform and innovation and promoting the improvement of teaching quality is the responsibility and obligation of educators.With the development of Internet technology,it is possible to innovate the teaching mode under the background of“Internet+”.In view of the three major problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of the Corporate Governance course,such as lack of concentration in learning,weak sense of participation in case discussion,and single performance evaluation method,this paper expounds the exploration of the teaching innovation mode of the Corporate Governance course relying on the“Superstar Learning platform+Tencent Conference”platform,and through the implementation of teaching process and effect evaluation,provides reference for teachers who are conducting or about to conduct online teaching of Corporate Governance,in order to promote the teaching reform of the Corporate Governance course,and improve the teaching quality.
