中文科技期刊申请加入DOAJ数据库的策略探析

摘　　要：在计算机、网络、新媒体高速发展的新时代,人们获取信息的方式发生了巨大的变化。随着学术信息交流渠道的不断扩宽,提升期刊影响力、促进科学信息的广泛传播与交流成为科技期刊的重要使命。开放获取(open access,OA)就是重要途径之一。文章根据中文科技期刊OA的发展现状,分析了国际著名OA期刊收录平台DOAJ数据库对中文科技期刊收录的情况,以及DOAJ数据库收录的标准和流程,指出中文科技期刊应加入国际开源数据库,并提出了中文科技期刊申请加入DOAJ数据库的对策,以提高国际显示度。In the new era of the rapid development of computers,networks and new media,great changes have taken place in the way people access information.With the continuous expansion of academic information exchange channels,it has become an important mission of sci-tech journals to enhance the influence of journals and promote the extensive dissemination and exchange of scientific information.Open Access(OA)is one of the important ways.According to the situation of the OA development of Chinese science and technology periodical,this paper analyzes the Chinese journals indexed by DOAJ database,as well as the standard and process of DOAJ database,pointing out that Chinese sci-tech periodicals should join the international open-source database,and puts forward the countermeasures of DOAJ membership in the Chinese science and technology periodical database,to improve the international display.
