摘 要:TA17合金是一种已在核电领域实现工程应用的高性能钛合金,而关于TA17合金粉末性能及其增材制造样件性能相关的研究报道均较为匮乏。本文利用电极感应熔炼气雾化法(EIGA)法制备了10~61μm和106~160μm两种粒度规格的TA17合金粉末,并分别对其在激光选区熔化(SLM)和激光立体成型(LSF)两种技术下的成形组织与力学性能进行了研究,对该粉末在不同工艺条件下的激光增材适应性进行了分析。结果表明:EIGA法制备的TA17合金粉末具有良好的表面形貌和球形度;利用10~61μm粒度规格粉末制备的SLM试件以及利用106~160μm粒度规格粉末制备的LSF试件均具有均匀的微观组织,未见孔洞等明显缺陷,且其室温拉伸强度超过680 MPa,冲击吸收功KU2超过71 J,激光增材试验件的组织及力学性能均满足TA17合金锻件标准要求。本研究为TA17合金增材制造技术在核动力领域的应用奠定了基础。TA17 alloy is a kind of high-performance titanium alloy which can be used in nuclear power engineering.However,the research on the powder and the additive manufacturing properties of TA17 alloys is rare.In the present study,TA17 powder with particle sizes of 10~61μm and 106~160μm was prepared by electrode induction gas atomization(EIGA)method.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimens made by selective laser melting(SLM)and laser solid forming(LSF)were investigated respectively.The laser additive adaptability of the powder was analyzed under different processing conditions.Results show that the TA17 powder prepared by the EIGA method had good surface morphology and sphericity.The microstructures of the SLM specimens prepared with 10~61μm powder and the LSF specimens prepared with 106~160μm powder were uniform,without obvious defects such as holes.The tensile strength at room temperature was larger than 680 MPa,and the impact absorption energy KU2 was above 71 J.The microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of the laser additive manufactured specimens met the requirements of TA17 forging standard.This research lays a foundation for the application of additive manufacturing technology of TA17 alloys in the field of nuclear power.
