摘  要:为减小真空排水系统的辐射噪声,依据真空排水管路系统的辐射噪声特性,设计了两级串联式真空管路消声器,分析了消声器的声学传递损失特性,在真空排水管路试验台上对消声器的插入损失和压力损失进行了试验研究。结果表明,不同工况下真空排水系统的辐射噪声具有相似的频谱特征,两级串联式真空管路消声器能够有效抑制真空排水系统的辐射噪声。To reduce the radiation noise of the vacuum drainage system,two-stage tandem vacuum pipe muffler(TTVPM)is designed based on radiation noise characteristics of the vacuum drainage system.Then,acoustic transmission loss of the muffler is analyzed.Finally,experimental study on insertion loss and pressure loss of muffler is carried out on the vacuum drainage system test bench.The results show that the radiation noise of the vacuum drainage system has similar spectrum characteristics under different conditions;the TTVPM can effectively reduce the radiation noise of the vacuum drainage system.
