摘  要:基于500 kV智慧变电站改造实际需求,设计基于串接分压电容的母线过电压监测装置与基于宽带脉冲电流互感器的避雷器放电电流监测装置;对串接分压电容后电压互感器测量精度、信号传输电缆电感对测量信号影响等关键因素进行分析,基于500 kV变电站现场实际选取合适参数,并开展监测装置测量准确性现场验证工作。该监测装置功能完备,能够实现高幅值、高频率的过电压、过电流监测,在500 kV智慧变电站改造项目中已现场应用,能够为故障分析与绝缘设计改进工作提供支撑,对保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。Based on the actual needs of the transformation of 500 kV smart substation,this paper designs the bus overvoltage monitoring device based on series connected capacitor and the arrester discharge current monitoring device based on broadband pulse current transformer,and analyzes the key factors such as the measurement accuracy of voltage transformer with series connected capacitor and the influence of cable inductance on the measurement signal.Based on the actual parameter of 500 kV substation,the appropriate design parameters are selected,and the measurement accuracy of the monitoring device is verified on site.The monitoring device designed in this paper has complete functions,and can realize high amplitude and high frequency over-voltage and over-current monitoring.It has been applied in the project of 500 kV smart station,which can provide support for fault analysis and insulation design,and is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
