摘　　要：国产水下多相流量计由挪威船级社(DNV)按照API RP 17S等相关国际规范完成第三方认证,涵盖失效分析、设计审核、计算校核、测试程序审核、加工制造、装配、型式试验等一系列过程。系统介绍水下多相流量计第三方认证流程和重要的型式试验,包括温度压力循环试验、环境应力筛选试验、计量性能试验、高压仓试验等。研究工作对水下油气工程装备的国产化研制和应用具有借鉴意义。A third-party certification of domestic Subsea Multiphase Flow Meter(SMPFM)is completed by DNV in accordance with API RP 17S and other relevant international standards,covering a series of processes such as failure analysis,design review,calculation verification,test programs review,manufacturing,assembly,qualification test,etc.The third-party certification process of SMPFM and partial important qualification tests are systematically introduced,including temperature and pressure cycle test,environmental stress screening test,metering performance test,hyperbaric test,etc.The research work can be used as a reference for the development and localization of other subsea oil and gas engineering equipment.
