摘　　要：利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪和光学显微镜对吉州窑黑釉茶盏、白覆轮以及内白外黑双色瓷进行化学组成及宏观结构分析,以此探讨吉州窑同时期烧造的复合装饰瓷的制瓷工艺特征及其工艺关联性。结果表明:吉州窑黑釉茶盏、白覆轮与内白外黑双色瓷3种复合装饰产品在制瓷原料、配方、施釉工艺等方面既存在一致性,也存在差异性。除了原料与配方的合理选择,对釉层厚度的控制以及施釉过程中,口沿刮釉对坯体的轻微修整而形成的高度差,都是白覆轮黑与白对比鲜明且界线分明的关键。The chemical compositions and macrostructures of black-glazed tea bowls,white-rim black porcelains and dual-colored porcelains from Jizhou in the Song dynasty,China,were determined by energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence and optic microscopy to investigate the manufacture techniques for different composite decorated porcelains.The results show that there are both consistency and difference in porcelain making materials,recipes and glazing techniques of the Jizhou black-glazed tea bowls,white-rim black porcelains and dual-colored porcelains.In addition to the reasonable selection of raw materials and recipes,the control of the glaze thickness and height difference formed by the slight trimming of the body in glaze scraping process is a key to the sharp contrast and clear boundaries between black and white of the white-rim black porcelains.
