耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散治疗女童性早熟肝郁化火型30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散治疗女童性早熟肝郁化火型的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月于海宁市中医院儿科就诊的女童性早熟肝郁化火型患儿64例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。治疗期间,治疗组脱落2例,对照组脱落4例,最终实际完成58例(治疗组30例,对照组28例)。对照组给予丹栀逍遥散加减治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予耳穴压豆治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月,每周随访1次。结果对照组总有效率为67.86%(19/28),治疗组为86.67%(26/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组上述性激素水平均明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后2组均未见不良反应发生。结论耳穴压豆联合丹栀逍遥散治疗女童性早熟肝郁化火型,能明显降低性激素水平,抑制第二性征的发育,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao San(丹栀逍遥散)in the treatment of sexual precocity in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,64 cases of sexual precocity in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type consulted in pediatrics department in Hanning Hospital of TCM were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.During the treatment,there were 2 drop-out cases in the treatment group and 4 drop-out cases in the control group,58 cases were actually completed(30 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group).The control group was given modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San,on this basis,the treatment group was given auricular plaster therapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months and followed up once a week.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 67.86%(19/28),and that of the treatment group was 86.67%(26/30),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the above-mentioned sex hormone levels in the 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the 2 groups after treatment.Conclusion It can decrease sex hormone levels,inhibit the abnormal development of secondary sexual characteristics,and improve its clinical efficacy to use auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao San in the treatment of sexual precocity in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type,which deserves clinical promotion and applicat
