摘　　要：鼠疫是一种烈性传染病,具有高度的传染性和致病性,免疫接种是预防鼠疫的重要措施之一。目前使用的鼠疫疫苗主要是减毒活疫苗,近期开展临床研究的疫苗主要是亚单位疫苗。本文就鼠疫减毒活疫苗的临床应用及鼠疫亚单位疫苗的临床研究进展作一综述,以期为新疫苗的研制提供参考。Plague is a kind of severe infectious disease with high infectivity and pathogenicity.Vaccination is one of the important measures to prevent the disease.The currently available plague vaccines are mainly live attenuated vaccines,while the vaccines in recently clinical study are mainly subunit vaccines.This review summarizes the clinical application of live attenuated plague vaccine and progress in clinical research of subunit vaccines so as to provide a reference for the development of novel vaccines.
