摘 要:为了解千河流域水生生物资源状况,2017年9月按照河流采样点布置标准,在干流、支流的上中下游、主要支流汇合口上游、汇合后与干流充分混匀处,以及河口处等河段共设置10个采样点,采用常规和电捕方法调查分析了千河流域浮游生物、底栖生物以及鱼类,采用河段长度法评估鱼类资源量,利用Shannon-Weiner多样性指数评价水质状况。本次调查共采集浮游植物6门96种,浮游植物多样性指数为0.53~2.22、生物量0.58~5.62 mg/L,密度0.23×10^(5)~6.00×10^(5) cells/L;浮游动物共2种,桡足类的剑水蚤Cyclops sp.和美丽猛水蚤Nitocra sp.,其中各样点中生物量最高为28×10^(-3) mg/L,密度最高0.04 ind./L;底栖生物2门15种,底栖生物生物量为0.07~3.59 g/m^(2);高等水生植物2种,分别为荆三棱Scirpus gagara和水葱Scirpus validus;鱼类共采集到3种,为秦岭细鳞鲑Brachymystax tsinlingensis、拉氏鱥Phoxinus lagowski和泥鳅Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,其估算资源量分别约为16160尾、124689尾、53682尾。水生生物资源在各采样点差异大,群落结构简单。本研究结果为流域内的水生生物研究积累了本底资料。To investigate the current situation of aquatic biological resources in Qianhe River,Plankton,Bottom-dwelling and Fish Resources were surveyed in 10 sampling sites of its in September 2017.In this study,the river length method and Shannon-Weiner diversity index were used to evaluate the fish resources and water quality of Qianhe River basin thanks to routine measure and specific facilities utilized.It was unfolded that overall 96 species of phytoplankton belonging to seven phyla were observed,respectively,there were the diversity index of 0.53~2.22,biomass of 0.58~5.62 mg/L and density of 0.23×10^(5)~6.00×10^(5) cells/L.Two species of zooplankton,Cyclopoida and Nitocra were discovered in all sampling sites,illustrating the maximal biomass and density were 28×10^(-3) mg/L and 0.04 ind/L,respectively.A total of 15 species benthos belonging to seven phyla were identified,with the biomass of 0.07~3.59 g/m^(2).Simultaneously,advanced aquatic plants including Scirpus gagara,Scirpus validus,and three species of fish were identified,estimated value of Brachymystax tsinlingensis,Lagowskiella lagowskii and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were 16160 ind.,124689 ind.and 53682 ind.,respectively.As a result,the findings can unveil the accumulation data of background information for the status of aquatic biological resources in the basin.
