摘  要:2017年1月—12月逐月调查分析了石臼湖江苏境内湖区12个采样点中底栖动物群落结构组成以及影响因子。结果表明:在石臼湖江苏境内湖区共检出20种底栖动物,主要为寡毛类、摇蚊幼虫、软体动物以及其他四大类;优势度指数分析表明石臼湖底栖动物优势种为苏氏尾鳃蚓Branchiura sowerbyi、颤蚓属一种Tubifex sp.、黄色羽摇蚊Chironomus flaviplumus和红裸须摇蚊Propsilocerus akamusi;用Goodnight指数、BPI生物学指数和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数综合判断石臼湖水质处于中污染状态;RDA多元统计分析显示,总磷和氨氮质量浓度、水深和pH是影响底栖动物优势种的主要水环境因子。A monthly survey was conducted to analyze the composition and impact factors of benthic community in 12 sampling sites in Jiangsu section of Shijiu Lake from January to December 2017 to evaluate the community structure and environmental factors of benthic communities in Shijiu Lake.The results showed that 20 species of zoobenthos were found in Shijiu Lake,mainly being comprised of four categories including oligochaetes,mosquito larvae,mollusks and the others,with the main dominant species of Branchiura sowerbyi,Tubifex,Chinonomus flaviplumus and Propsilocerus akamusi based on the dominance index.The comprehensive judge of Goodnight Index,BPI Biological Index and Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index revealed that the water quality of Shijiu Lake was in a state of medium pollution.RDA multivariate statistical analysis showed that total phosphorus concentration,ammonia nitrogen concentration,water depth and pH were the main water environmental factors affecting the dominant species of zoobenthos.
