摘  要:针对塔里木盆地库车山前克深13区块盐膏层钻进时卡钻风险高的问题,提出了高密度油基钻井液技术、控压放水技术、控压钻井技术及小井眼领眼钻井盐底卡层技术等措施,确保套管封固全部盐膏层与溢漏层段,避免出现卡钻等复杂工况,为目的层钻进提供安全保障。In view of the high sticking risk in drilling salt gypsum layers of Keshen 13 block in Kuqa piedmont area,some measures such as the high-density oil-based drilling fluid technology,pressure-control drainage technology,pressure-control drilling technology and salt gypsum layer bottom determining technology in slim hole pilot drilling of Keshen 13 block are proposed,so as to ensure that the casing seals all salt gypsum layers and overflow and leakage cooccurrence section,avoid drilling sticking and other complex situations,and provide safety guarantee for the drilling of the target layer.
