摘  要:学探1井在二开盐层段发生两次工程事故,为有效应对盐层,决定放大井身结构进行盐层专打,即二次侧钻后在311.15 mm(12¼″)井眼内下入273.05 mm(10¾″)有接箍套管。井架载荷受限、环空间隙小,大套管下入困难及二叠系当量漏失安全密度窗口窄是面临的3个难点。通过侧钻井眼井身轨迹控制、优选微扩眼钻具组合及施工参数、井架大吨位承载安全余量分析及下套管期间激动压力控制等技术措施,最终将套管顺利下送到位。该技术的成功应用,为塔里木盆地玉科区块盐层安全钻进及降低盐层段事故复杂时效提供有力保障。Two engineering accidents occurred in the salt gypsum layer drilling of well Xuetan 1.In order to effectively drill the salt layer,it was decided to enlarge the well structure,that is,273.05 mm(10¾″)coupling casing was run in 311.15 mm(12¼″)wellbore after secondary sidetracking,which must face the difficulties of limited derrick load,small annulus clearance,the difficulty of running large casing and the narrow equivalent leakage safety density window of Permian.The casing was finally run in place smoothly through some technical measures such as wellbore trajectory control of side drilling borehole,optimization of micro reaming BHA and construction parameters,large tonnage safety margin analysis of derrick and control of exciting pressure during casing running.The successful application of this technology provides a strong guarantee for safe drilling in salt layer and reducing the accident rate in salt layer in Yuke block,Tarim Basin.
